It’s Friday And It’s 13th !!! My Horrified Story Added

Are you afraid? Nothing scary about it compare to the Chinese 7th month. I experienced something different yesterday. 2 scary moments in two different toilets at home. Before I start my short story, just to remind you that – it happened just like that and I don’t want to mention about it again. Scary enough..

First toilet – 5.37pm, William called me earlier and asked me to play basketball with everyone else. Then I agree, and got home to change into my sports attire. I wanted to go to the washroom when I done. The washroom door opened itself!!! I closed it tightly (didn’t step in yet) and it opened itself again!! Definitely no wind because closed shut room and the speed was like how we open doors.

Second toilet – 11.34pm, after my dinner at home long ago, I decided to online and check my emails. Nature call wasn’t a big deal. But I didn’t want to go to the same toilet which had the ‘automated‘ door that never installed. So I walked to the other toilet, in another room. Like everyone else, I wash my hands after I done with my ‘business‘, something didn’t feel right. I looked around.. and I was stunned! Horrified!! A headband was moving itself, SWINGING on the hanger!!! There was no wind, and I didn’t touch it. The speed of swinging remained the same even after I stared at  it for 5 – 10 seconds!!!!

Hopefully today will be a better day. It’s Friday the 13th, not gonna be like the movie right? Good. I almost heart heart attack yesterday. Oh, I met up with Nicolekiss at Starbucks in Tropicana City Mall yesterday. It was my first time to sit down and talked to her. And I didn’t know she was the famous Travel Blogger when I met her few years ago. Haha! We had a great time to catch up and I gave her a deck of cards as a gift, the Bicycle Ghost. Custom made playing cards – Recommended for magicians.

Was It Miracle OR WAS IT MAGIC?

Miracles, Magic both had been performed and talked about since centuries ago. Dated back to the day, when your God did some miracles on Earth – made humans and other living organisms (and non living organisms). If you are unsure, go read your Bible again or simply Google.

Nevertheless, magic too being practiced as a cult ritual to ‘deceive‘ people to join the Cult Club or religion (not anymore now). If you’re offended, you may stop reading now. Magic was being used by mediums so they can be claimed to have supernatural powers like their magicAL gawd. It may be for the sake of the people or it could be simply for the money.. Here, the good example – judge it yourself;

Of course, humans don’t resurrect from dead bodies or FLY!! I think I answered your questions, humans DO NOT fly at all cost! There could be black magic (not because of the skin color) but NO evidence to prove that it even exist. I never once discover miracles in my research of paranormal/supernatural activities.. only unexplainable situations like ghosts. If we can all walk on water, it won’t be a miracle anymore, right?

Stop yourself from falling into any hypocrites’ prey out there, who tells you that they can heal your cancer, sex addiction or stuff like that. Go see doctor if you’re not feeling well or get some rest. It’s good to be religious/spiritual, BUT DON’T EVER BE NAIVE. Your God wants your LOVE, not Money – only con men do.

Miracles are for us to witness that Magic exists as our entertainment

Incredible Illusion And Egg Into Glass Bottle Trick

It’s Saturday so I would like to share some interesting videos I found in the social networking site.. alright, Facebook! This is an awesome video of illusion created by Koukichi Sugihara. Why he did that, for the best illusion contest of course. Nah, not magic BUT the illusion won the BEST Illusion of 2010. Worth to find out what it is;

Explanation collected from YouTube. Because it was too scientific for me to explain. Argh..

In this video, wooden balls roll up the slopes just as if they are pulled by a magnet. The behavior of the balls seems impossible, because it is against the gravity. The video is NOT a computer graphic, but a real scene. What is actually happening is that the orientations of the slopes are perceived oppositely, and hence the descending motion is misinterpreted as ascending motion. This illusion is remarkable in that it is generated by a three-dimensional solid object and physical motion, instead of a two-dimensional picture.

For those who are bored on weekend like I am now, you can try doing the following trick. Why you do that, because it’s simply fun! By the way, do it at your own risk. Someone might just stop you from doing it. Probably your mother-in-law or the owner of the egg (with revenge).

In case you didn’t know, the egg’s shell was peeled off. It won’t work with a hard boiled egg with SHELL (not petrol station) still wrapped around . I haven’t try it yet but it’s possible. Simply too busy with my magic stuff that ongoing now.

Quite a number of magic props been made out of trash recently. Will put them on the test to make sure it works great. Guess what, I’ll test them on the field, with random strangers.. =D So much fun! Well, enjoy your weekend! Forget about your manic Monday.

I thought of performing for my fans, friends and fellow bloggers on my site as to kill time. It has been an addiction and I like it!! If you’re first time here, this is my 4th video, 5th week since my demo was released.

Many people visit my site on Wednesday. Pretty obvious that I only upload new magic videos on Wednesday. This is the first time I ever perform magic with mosquitoes around, that’s why I didn’t roll up my sleeves though I did at first try. I made this video as short as possible, 1 minute and 18 seconds in length. Tell you more after the show. Enjoy! =)

I know the video is short. But it has to be short! The previous one was 619MB and took me more than 4 hours to upload a good quality video. Anyway, we (John and I) have tried with many different coins but only the 1 cent (penny) looked better with the glass.

A number of friends asked why did I not use the glass coffee table. Well, it will look like any ‘magic table‘, which most people would mistaken it that way. I would rather use the items which I can find at home to construct a similar ‘glass table’ to perform the magic.

This is one of my favorite piece of magic which I rarely perform. I lost the manuscript in my store room since years ago. Haha! With my determination to present entertaining magic to you, I also found my running shoes there!! No more reason why I should not run! That’s all.. I have to relax a bit before my next video.

Awesome Magic Filming At Hometown (besides traffic jam)

Yo! Awesome filming on Sunday. Tested twice, then got it all DONE! It was quicker than I thought. An hour of loitering at my hometown. Here;

Just arrived at the house.

Got into the car after filming session. Haha!

It was all good.. until I decided to stop by at Leisure Mall to check out any sales or stuff that I’ve been looking for. When I walked pass Starbucks, unfamiliar couple (UC) came to me and asked;

UC : Hey! Are you Aaron Liong..?
AL : Uh….. eh.. NO?
UC : No no.. I see your magic in internet. You are Aaron!!
AL : *Haha! I’m Adrian Leong, nice to meet you. *smile.
UC : Oh sorry!! Yes yes! Adrian Leong! I am K and she is J. You stay around here? Can do magic now??
AL : I managed to stop by here by chance.. uh.. sure! It’s my pleasure. *smile

And so I performed 2 tricks for the couple and ended with a napkin flower for the lady (I hope he won’t jealous). Hehe! EPIC!!!! Seriously??? I meant, people just bumped into me and asked me to perform magic for them. Haha!! Sorry, I forgotten your name if you’re reading this. Terrible of me. Hope to see you again =D

Sigh, didn’t take any photos or videos. Otherwise everyone can see their reaction – BOOM!! Just like that..

Video done, now left editing only. Will upload it on Wednesday. BE PATIENT!! Especially you.. FoongPC. Haha! Thanks for being such nice friend and supporting my performances. =D

First Magic Video AFTER Demo Release – Episode 1

Yes! The previous video was a demo made by myself, as testing ‘unit’, much stated in the previous post. This video right here was made in a few days time I spent at home. Hope you will enjoy the show and drop me a comment right after, okay? Oh – I’ve removed the 32 minutes of bloopers (laughed at myself during shooting) from it. Enjoy! – Psychokinesis

While you were enjoying the video above, I was hiding the bent,twisted fork and spoon that I used in the video. I hope no one finds it wrapped in a red color plastic bag which I kept inside the shoe box that I’ve placed next to my computer table. If my family found it, I’ll be so dead!!

I’ve cut my hair last week! Felt so much lighter and maybe can do slam dunk if I get to play basketball before my hair gets long again. Here;

Sneak Peek Of My Next Video!

Words cannot express how much I felt for all of you who supported me in my videos. Really – all of you are my inspirations and support that kept me going on and on to make magic videos, to perform for you.. even if I can’t make it to do it live for you. Yet, I hope I could still entertain you like I used to be.. =)

The following are the items that I used to perform an extraordinary refined art of psychokinesis in the video;

Unedited - For everyone to have a good look at the items that I will use in my performances.

What did I mean by refined – is that, there’re many magicians around the world. Everyone has their own method of performing the same trick/concept of art but in a different form For instance, everyone has their own way of eating. There’s no similarities and if there’s any.. it’s purely coincidence.

I don’t want to spoil the trick or the amazing effect you will see in the video tomorrow – oppsss, yeah.. the video is done and uploaded to the INTERNET like I expected. I really love to create suspense and build curiosity. Because that’s what that makes the magic – awesome!

Are you ready ?

Can you spot the black figure leaning against the door?

I managed to locate some of the photos I took on Halloween last year (2009), in honor of Harry Houdini’s death anniversary which falls on the same day. As Houdini was a firm believer in Spiritualism, he befriended with Sir Author Conan Doyle (yes, the famous writer for Sherlock Holmes series) who shares the same belief.

Every year, an annual séances will be held on Halloween by Bess Houdini (Harry Houdini’s widow) for 10 years after Houdini’s death. But Houdini never one appeared and Bess said in 1943 that “ten years is long enough to wait for any man”. Still, for us all (magicians) never forget to perform any séances trick, or simple ritual to honor our master of escapologist.

Something I Shouldn’t Have Done But I Did

I couldn’t help it but it’s already past now. What can a guy do when he was all by himself at home, raining cats and dogs outside a camera and a confining room which a laptop set still on the table? You’re right.. card staking! Can you imagine that? ME?! A helplessly bored magician would staked playing cards in his room and post about it! Well, it was my first time though..

And then to realize how retarded, the person who thought of the idea

I was bored alright! Anyway, I found these cards at the table. Most of them were wore and tore already. Might as well I turn them into fine art. Will use the stacked cards concept in my future videos! Just a little bit more and I can finally release a proper video. This proves that I really need a production team desperately. Sigh..
